Our founder, a former teacher turned manufacturing leader, brings a unique blend of facilitation, coaching, and real-world operational experience to the table. With 14 years in manufacturing and a certified coach credential, we combine Lean manufacturing expertise with coaching principles, delivered through the lens of a formally trained educator. Our founder has spent 14 years in manufacturing, working with renowned companies like GE Vernova and BMW. Starting as a temp on the assembly line, he worked his way up into leadership roles, leading multiple continuous improvement initiatives.
In addition to manufacturing, our founder also has a background in education, having started his career as a teacher. This unique blend of experience in both education and manufacturing allows us to approach coaching and consulting from a unique perspective, combining the principles of Lean manufacturing with the insights of a trained educator.
Our founder is a Senior Lean Leader specializing in operational excellence and workshop facilitation, a certified Coach with Registered Corporate Coach credential from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, and a Certified DISC facilitator. He has experience coaching across leadership levels, from frontline to senior plant leadership.
This extensive industry experience and diverse skill set enable us to provide our clients with practical, results-oriented solutions that are tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
